화순들국화마을에서의 체험학습

4월 20일 장애인의날을 맞이하여 이용인들의 부모님을 모시고 화순들국화마을에서 할 수 있는 유기농두부만들기와 떡메치기를 하여 쑥인절미를 만들었다. 맷돌에서 콩이 갈아지는 모습을 직접 눈으로 보고 두유에 간수(소금물)를 부으니 두부알갱이가 둥둥 뜨며 틀에 고정시켜 두부가 되는 것을 눈으로 보며 모두가 즐거워 하였다.
시골할머니들이 손수지어서 만들어주신 제육볶음에 상추쌈은 어릴적 엄마가 해주신 시골밥상이었다.
점심을 맛있게 먹고 떡메을 치며 이용인들의 포즈를 보고 모두들 한바탕 웃음바다가 되었고 인절미를 맛있게 먹고 돌아왔다.
